Navigate the Screen
The LiveIQ Enhanced Scheduling screen is lightweight, intuitive, and tablet-friendly. The goal of the screen is to make it easy to create the schedule itself so that you can tweak and enhance the efficiency of the schedule as needed to boost productivity within the restaurant.
You can choose between two weekly views of the schedule:
To switch between the views, click Week and select either Chart view or Grid view.
When you select Chart view, you can click Day to view the schedule for a particular day. When you select a single day, each hour is divided into 15-minute increments. When you create shifts in Day view, the shifts automatically snap to 15-minute intervals. You can still edit shifts to start and end at any time. Using 15-minute scheduling intervals increases visibility into sales activity at the restaurant and aligns with the requirements for Franchise World Headquarters, LLC monitoring and reporting.
